Better Than Cookies for Santa
This is variation of a classic favorite, but with fewer ingredients, no flour and limited refined sugar.

Coconut Sugar
1/3
Cup
Raw honey
+ a few tbls for garnish

Peanut Butter
Creamy, organic, no sugar added.

Teaspoon
Sea salt

Teaspoon
Baking Soda

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Whisk egg.
Add sugar, honey, peanut butter, baking soda and salt.
Mix/combine well. Batter will be sticky.
Spoon/drop batter onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle each cookie with sugar.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Unwrap Hershey’s Kisses
Remove cookies from oven and place Hershey’s Kiss in center of each cookie.
Immediately place on wire rack to cool.
Chew each bite 20 times and enjoy!
