“Life is a flow of love; your participation is requested.”
~Yogi Tea
100% yes. This was the quote from my tea bag for my Chia Chai Latte this morning. Life is a flow of love and your participation is requested. Take a moment and breathe that in with me for a moment.
How many times have you wanted to participate or needed to participate in your life, but haven’t felt the flow? That confidence? That feel so good in your skin you can’t wait to share your awesomeness with the world vibe?
It’s often a lack of self love. There have been plenty of times in the past where I have wanted to participate in something, but didn’t feel pretty enough or thin enough or in shape enough… or fill in the ________ enough.
But here’s the dealio… YOU, my dear are enough. Always. In every moment. Even when you feel tired and frumpy. That’s just a sign that you are giving too much of yourself and need to nourish yourself a little. That’s all.
And maybe practice being gentle with yourself a bit more.
It helps nothing when you beat up on yourself. That in fact, just makes it worse. That habit has a self-fulfilling ripple effect that doesn’t serve you…or the people who depend on you.
Let me wave my magic wand for you…
Skip the coffee and sugary syurps and try this the next time you feel yourself dragging and need a pick me up. Your adrenals, your mood, and your blood sugar will love you for it… which in turn perpetuates your ability to love yourself more… which in turn allows you to participate in your happily ever healthy life!
“You don’t need love, you ARE the love.”

PS: This recipe calls for Chia Pudding. Learn how to make it HERE.
- 2 Tea bags Chai Tea
- 2 Tea bags Yogi Vanilla Spice Tea
- 4 Medjool Dates Pitted, or coconut sugar, maple sugar/syrup
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
- 1/2 Tablespoon Grass-fed (Optional)
- 2-3 Tablespoons Chia Pudding See recipe link above.
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 Sprinkles Cinnamon
- Choose your favorite mugs and place pitted dates in the bottom.
- Take a deep breath. Get quiet and intentionally "draw" your yogi tea bag with your inspiring message for the day. Take another deep breath and reflect on the message. Does it speak to you? Let it nourish you. Let that goodness also fill your cup.
- Place a chai tea bag and a vanilla spice tea bag in each mug, pour hot water over both. Set aside and allow to brew.
- In the blender, add coconut oil, butter, chia pudding, and vanilla.
- Pour brewed tea into blender and zippity zippy zoo it up for 30 seconds to a minutes... until well blended and frothy.
- Pour into your favorite mugs and sprinkle your love and pixie dust, I mean the cinnamon on top to garnish (also supports and balances blood sugars) and enjoy.
- Find a quiet place and sip for 10-15 minutes to remind yourself that you are the love... it's already in you. Now you can show up for wherever you are requested next... looking and feeling amazing!
