Diced Chicken
As clean (natural, organic, pasture raised) as possible.

I use Spectrum Organic Mayo, or make my own avocado mayo.
Salt and Pepper to taste

Fermented Ginger Carrots
Optional, but great for a gut healing garnish.
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and stir.
SERVING OPTIONS:
Serve on a bed of lettuce, topped with avocado and cukes.
Make a sandwich.
Fill endive cups and top with fermented carrots to serve at a party.
Chew each bite 20 times and enjoy!
