Looking for an afternoon pick-me-up?
You know that lull in the middle of the afternoon, when you feel tired and want to reach for some sort of sugary snack? Yeah… me too. One of the ways nourish myself through this is with my cranberry flush.
Food is medicine and this afternoon elixir is jam packed with good stuff…
