Drinking more water is the easiest way to increase energy, relieve pain and lose weight. There are endless options for infused waters but here is one that I hadn’t tried before and I wanted to share.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 Ruby Red Grapefruit
  • 3 Sprigs Fresh Rosemary
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Grapefruit zest Optional
  • 16 Ounces Filtered Water
Servings: Ounces
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in glass pitcher and infuse overnight.
  2. Hydrate and enjoy!
