Looking for a guaranteed win with a snack the whole family will love?
Try these yummy protein bites. They are a huge hit where ever I take them.
My hubby and I were quite certain that the New Year was going to start with the winning power ball ticket. 😉 We only buy them when the jackpot is through the roof and everyone is talking about it. It’s not a regular way we choose to spend our money, but once in a while it’s fun. It’s great entertainment and a wonderful way to manifest our goals and dreams.
The Law of Attraction states:
What you think you create.
What you feel you attract.
What you imagine you become.
Richard Bach also says:
“To bring anything into your life, imagine that it’s already there.”
So we acted as if. We talked about all the ways we would invest, create and manifest good in the world. I have always wanted to nourish the world and winning $1.3 Billion would have helped me do that in an amazing way! We discussed the foundations we wanted to start. We talked about how we would hook up family and friends. We experienced time freedom. We felt the security of financial freedom.
We acted as though it had already happened and you know what happened? We discovered that in so many ways we had already all of these things. Of course, not on the scale of winning the lotto, but in our own way. We have money in the bank. We work from home. We have a fridge full of mostly organic foods. We structure our days around living a life we love. We take walks on the ocean when the sun is high in the sky. We go on adventures with our doggies. We take time to nourish ourselves.
Between the goals we set for ourselves and our businesses with my Christmas Letter and the time spent manifesting our Power Ball windfall, we got really clear on what we want to create in our lives and the impact we want to have on the world. We will continue to manifest and take actions towards these goals and dreams.
It does’t just happen. You have to do the work. You have to believe. You have to want something better for yourself and your lifestyle. You also have to step into a deep pool of gratitude for the amazing life you already have. Stop and look around. There is always something to be grateful for.
When you feel grateful, you feel abundant. When you feel abundant, you stop reaching for more. Setting goals and reaching for the moon, isn’t striving for more. It’s about creating a life that you love.

These protein bites are packed with sugar craving eliminating protein, nutrient dense superfoods, anti-inflammatory omega 3's and so much more. Talk about a big bang for your buck. My money is on these every time!
|
- 1/2 Cup Soaked dates Soak in warm water for 45 minutes to 1 hour. SAVE the water.
- 1 Cup Mixed Nuts or Seeds You can use any combination of almonds, pecans, cashews, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds.
- 1/3 Cup Raw cacao or baking cocoa Raw cacao is a superfood full of anti-oxidents, magnesium and other goodness.
- 1/4 Cup Local, Raw Honey
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
- 1-2 Scoops Protein Powder Added Protein Boost
- 1/4 Cup Gogi Berries (optional)
- 2-3 Tablespoons Hemp Seeds (optional) For Garnish Full of Omega 3's
- 2-3 Tablespoons Unsweetened Coconut For Garnish
- Give yourself permission to get creative. Use ingredients you like. Also dare to try new things. The superfoods in this recipe are such great nourishment.
- In large processor, pulse nuts, seeds and gogi berries (if you are using them) into a flour. Not too fine, you don't want a nut butter, but enough so you don't have any large chunks. Remove from food processor and set aside.
- Once dates are soaked, remove pits and place in food processor. Add coconut oil and honey. Pulse and make paste. You will need to scrape down the sides several times and add some of the soaking water to thin it out.
- Add nut flour back into food processor, along with cacao, and protein powder. Pulse until well mixed. The mixture will be sticky, but you don't want it too sticky. If it's too wet, you can add more cacao, or gluten free oats, coconut flour... anything to dry it up a bit. Again, become your own alchemist. Taste it. Love it. Make it your own.
- Place mixture in the fridge until it hardens enough to roll into balls. Usually about 30-45 minutes.
- This is where is gets fun with the kids! Spread coconut and hemp seeds (you can even add chopped up chocolate chips to the mix) on a plate. Roll the mixture into balls and roll through the garnishes until well covered.
- Store in covered container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy and don't forget to chew each bite 20 times.
