Nourish Yourself Pineapple Mango Salsa
There is so much “medicine” in this yummy refreshing salsa.
- The pineapple is anti-inflammatory, and full of digestive enzymes.

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Chopped/diced fresh pineapple
- 1 Cup Chopped/diced fresh mango
- 1 Cup Red Onion
- 1 1/2 Cups Rainbow Peppers
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Cilanrto
- 2-3 Hot Peppers Jalapeno, serrano, banana, red chile *NOTE: Use lacto-fermented for added probiotic goodness
- 1-2 Limes for juicing
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin
- 1/2 Teaspoon Chile Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl, stir and allow flavors to marinate for 2-6 hours. Serve with organic, Non-GMO Corn Chips, or add to your favorite taco bowl. Nourish Yourself & Enjoy!
